Changes and Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Policy

Very High Season (ATT): no cancellation costs up to 10 days before Checkpoint.
High Season (AT): no cancellation costs up to 7 days before Checkpoint.
Low Season (BT): no cancellation costs up to 2 days before Checkpoint.

AT – High Season (Summer)
BT – Low Season (Winter)
ATT – Very High Season (July, December, January and Holidays);

  1. NO-SHOW Policy

          After the agreed cancellation deadlines, we can still have situations of NO-SHOW. We
have as a principle the goal to help everyone handle situations that are unexpected and
beyond control. We are focused on facilitating our customers daily lives and, for that reason, in
some cases, customers can ask for a refund, which will be evaluated according to
circumstance. Below are the out-of-process situation markers:
• We request a brief e-mail to the reservations team at atendimento.reservas@abismoanhumas.com.br with any supporting documents that explain the absence: certificates of family or personal issues. We require that as much information as possible – data, facts, supporting documents and whatever else is deemed necessary – is sent
within 24 hours after the unforeseen event;

• The evaluating time of the NO-SHOW refund request is 72 working hours;
• The email requesting the refund must contain information of everyone involved in the no-show. We ask that, after sending the email, you also contact us through our WhatsApp (+55 67 3255-3313) so that our customer support team can properly evaluate the situation.
