Located 23km from central Bonito-MS, the Anhumas Abyss is an impressive place. Looking from above, you cannot expect that a small slot in the ground develops into the vastness of a cave. After descending into it with the support of electric rappel devices, you’ll go on a boat ride through an immense lake with crystal clear water. If you want more adventure, you can snorkel or scuba dive. Uncertified divers on their first scuba dive (the Baptism) can go as far as 8 meters deep, while certified divers may reach 20 meters below the water’s surface. It’s a trip to the center of the Earth!
