Guardian Recruitment Process – Class of 24-25: An Opportunity for Growth and Transformation
We are looking for passionate individuals who love nature, tourism, and transformative experiences to join the next Class of 24-25 Guardians of Anhumas in the 2024-2025 recruitment process. This is your chance to be part of a team dedicated to delivering unique experiences at Abismo Anhumas or to become a guardian of excellence through our agency Natural Experiences (NEx).
What We Are Looking For
We seek individuals who share our values of transparency, simplicity, sustainability, partnership, and experience, and who want to be part of something bigger. The skills and traits we are looking for include:
1.Fluency in English (written and spoken): Clear and effective communication in languages are essential for all positions. Other languages are a plus. We Will teach you the basics of Potuguese aswell.
2.Sales (Sales Consultants): We are looking for passionate sales professionals with excellent communication skills who have lived or studied in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo (capitals), London or NY. These consultants will engage with national and international audiences to promote sustainable tourism, with the possibility of hybrid work after 3-9 months in Bonito-MS, with accommodation included during this period.
3.Operations (Guides and CLT positions): We seek organized, resilient individuals who are experienced in teamwork and fluent in English. Familiarity with ecotourism is a plus, and an adventurous spirit is essential for guiding visitors through unforgettable experiences.
4.Administrative: We are looking for organized professionals with strong Office skills, empathy, and internal communication abilities. Fluency in English is a basic requirement for this role.
5.Marketing Analyst and Filmmaking/Photography: If you are creative, organized, and have the ability to tell impactful visual stories, these positions may be for you. After 3-6 months in Bonito-MS with accommodation provided, there is the possibility of a hybrid contract.
