If you are a certified dive instructor, an outdoor and nature lover, a speleology operator, or a vertical systems professional, this is your opportunity to work with one of Brazil’s most iconic adventure operators and experience the best atmosphere of nature and exploration in the country, Bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul.
Here, your “office” is far from ordinary — it’s 72 meters underground, inside a natural cathedral of light, stone, and crystal-clear water.
1. Underwater Office – Dive Instructors
We’re assembling the first generation of Anhumas Guardians — Dive Instructors to bring the spirit of exploration and excellence to one of the most extraordinary dive sites on Earth.
look for certified professionals (SSI, RAID, NAUI, PADI, or equivalent) to join the Underwater Operations Team inside Abismo Anhumas.
As a Guardian Instructor, you will lead and inspire divers from around the world in an environment that redefines the meaning of diving — a breathtaking natural cathedral of light, stone, and crystal-clear water.
Requirements
- Dive Instructor Certification (minimal)
- Cave or Technical Diving certification is a plus
- Fluent in English and Portuguese – minimal (Spanish, Deutch and Mandarin are strong advantages)
- Strong safety culture and environmental awareness
- Team spirit, adaptability, and professional discipline
- Availability to live in the amazing city of Bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil

We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join the Cave Operations and Vertical Systems Team — the heart of our daily mission inside Anhumas Abyss

As a Guardian Operator, you’ll be part of the team responsible for vertical logistics, safety procedures, and guest experience — ensuring that each visitor’s journey is as safe as it is unforgettable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in rope access, climbing, rappelling, rescue, or adventure operations
- Technical training or certifications in vertical systems, safety, or rescue operations
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent teamwork, focus, and attention to detail under pressure
- Availability to live in Bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil
